Careering Through Parenthood 2025

We are delighted to be joining a host of parent allies and partners at Careering Through Parenthood in Cardiff on Wednesday, 9th April 2025 to champion support for parents working in the screen sector in Wales.

This ground-breaking event, hosted by Media Cymru is an opportunity for parents working in the screen sector to join a roundtable discussion that will:

• Inform you of what can you reasonably expect and advocate for as a parent working in the sector.

• Share innovative approaches and solutions we can learn from and be inspired by from across the world.

• Highlight the support that is already available, and adaptations you could make today.

• Explore future accommodations and nationwide structural changes that could support parents in all industries

• Dream what could be possible in the screen sector.

Working Parent Network will be there on the day to share practical advice and celebrate the achievements of our Reset alumni from the sector.

Parents who work in the screen sector and live or work in Wales are invited to share their stories and help shape the programme for the day, as well as attend on the day.
